IRIS INTERTHAL was born in 1969 in Germany. After more than 12 years of marketing experience in the dental industry, she studied visual communications in Stuttgart, where she established her own design studio in 2002. Iris Interthal has received several national awards in graphic and product design. Now she is working for international clients like SIGG Switzerland or The Boston Consulting Group. Her recent and current work includes corporate design and branding, illustration, product and packaging design, photography, painting and sculpture. It is important for her to keep the creative balance between remittance work and art. Characteristics of the design of Iris Interthal are clearness and elegance.

Artist's signature is engraved on the cap band and "ACME" is on the clip. The pen is presented in a metal ACME box with a black sleeve and ACME literature. This is a designers' writing instrument for a designer and/or an enthusiast with a keen sense of style. ACME Studio Started in 1985, ACME Studio is an international product design company, producing and marketing writing instruments, and other design objects. Its products are the result of cooperation with the world's leading architects, designers, artists, foundations, estates and institutions. ACME Studio has a habit of producing limited editions and/or discontinuing products and destroying the molds - this causes items to become very unique and collectable. Fountain Pens ACME Writing Tools are unique in that they are sold as rollerballs but they can easily be converted to fountain pens [and back again].
