Recently we've been experiencing problems with the shipping calculator that is in use on our website. This may cause discrepancies with the amount that you are charged for shipping. In the case of such a discrepancy, you will be notified via email from which we will resolve the issue.
HOW TO PURCHASE
When you find an item that you like, click the “add to cart” button. The items you have chosen will appear in your cart located to the right of your screen. To finalize your purchase, click “checkout” (at the bottom right hand side of your cart). Please make sure the items and quantity are correct. If there is a mistake, you can remove the item in the checkout by selecting “remove” or “edit” in your cart (bottom left hand side). Once the order is confirmed, follow the payment instructions to complete your order.
Once you have completed entering your address and credit card information press “submit” and an e-mail confirmation will be sent to you. This will have your order number, complete order details and shipping address. Please print out this document and save it for your records. If there are any mistakes on this e-mail confirmation, please e-mail us right away.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
Morba accepts all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
If you are ordering from within Ontario, Canada 5% GST & 8% PST will be added to your order total. If you are ordering from any other Canadian province, only 5% GST will be added to your total. NO TAX WILL BE ADDED TO AMERICAN or INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.
All prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars. All articles will be sold at the quoted Canadian price; for US and International orders the exchange rate will be the rate that your credit card provider uses at the time of the transaction. Prices listed on the page and in the shopping cart do not include shipping, handling fees or taxes. As you check out you will be able to choose the shipping option which best suites you. Taxes will be added according to your location. The final price (including applicable taxes, shipping and exchange rate) will be displayed prior to entering your credit card number and will also be sent to you in the confirmation e-mail.
Morba will keep its stock listing up to date. If, however, stock availability on your order has changed, we will inform you via e-mail with an approximate time frame on a restocking date.
Detailed descriptions (ie: material and measurements) are posted on the page for all items. Should you have any questions in regard to merchandise you are encouraged to e-mail us prior to ordering at email@example.com
Morba processes Canadian and American and International credit card orders. Please be advised that any order that is being shipped outside of Canada may incur additional taxes, customs duties, brokerage charges, etc.; payment of these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Morba will attempt to ship all merchandise within five business days of purchase unless otherwise specified, delivery estimates are good faith estimates only. Morba will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery. We cannot ship to post office boxes.
