Recently we've been experiencing problems with the shipping calculator that is in use on our website. This may cause discrepancies with the amount that you are charged for shipping. In the case of such a discrepancy, you will be notified via email from which we will resolve the issue.

Merchandise purchased from may be returned for store credit or exchange only within 14 days of delivery if accompanied by original receipt and in original condition and in original packaging. Returns must be pre-authorized by emailing or by calling 416 364 5144. Returns received and not pre-authorized will not be accepted. Non-stock items, special orders, lighting and polycarbonate items are not returnable. Refunds are not issued except in the case of defective merchandise we are unable to replace. Actual cost of shipping item to you will not be credited or refunded. Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery. Damage claims must be reported within 3 business days of receipt in order to process a proper claim. This is extremely important if items are not to be installed or used immediately. If you are working with a designer or contractor, please have them inspect items upon their arrival, and not upon installation. Please contact us within 3 business days of receipt to report damages or defects. We will do our very best to promptly arrange a replacement or return if a claim is reported in this time period. Returned merchandise must arrive back at Morba within 14 days of delivery. Claims received after 14 days of delivery will not and cannot be processed.

You may only cancel your order via email, telephone or fax up until the time that your order has been shipped. If the order has been processed and shipped, you cannot cancel.

You are responsible for all shipping costs, and insurance costs if you wish to have your item insured(Please advise us of this at time of order if you would like to have item insured). Morba may cancel your order or part of your order if the item is sold out and no longer available – in most instances we will contact you via telephone or e-mail to discuss your order.

In the event of partial orders, Morba will ship the items in-stock and remove any items out of stock from your order.

All sale and discounted items are a final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
